What we collect

When you submit a consultation or service request we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, property type, location, an optional indication of your monthly electricity bill, your preferred contact method, and any message or preferred schedule you provide.

Our server also records the IP address a request came from. That is used only to limit abuse of the forms.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, assess whether solar suits your property, prepare a quotation where relevant, and keep you updated through the ticket tracker. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties.

The ticket tracker

Each request receives a reference number. To open a request in the tracker you need both that number and the email address or phone number on the request, so someone who only knows the number cannot view your details.

The tracker deliberately shows the minimum: a shortened form of your name, the request type, the property type, the current status, and the updates our team has published for you. Internal notes are never shown.

How long we keep it

Request records are retained while they are useful for serving you and for our own record keeping. You can ask us to delete your request record at any time by emailing jephgalvez24@gmail.com with your ticket number.

Cookies

This site sets one functional cookie. It keeps your session secure when you submit a form, use the request tracker, or ask a question in the chat widget. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use it to profile you.
